The British Airways airline is buying new planes and improving its meal options to win back customers. For that, the airline is investing millions of rupees to full-fill the customer’s requirements and satisfaction.
The Chief Executive Alex Cruz announce the changes and declared that BA is “taking on the competition” in an aviation market that will be “more competitive than it has ever been“.
The company also said that BA is offering meal; Wi-Fi & plug points and it will going to improve the experience of customers in all cabins.
The Amenities Provided By The Airline:
- The airline is planning to buy 72 new planes over the next 5 years and giving a new interior design to its current 128 planes.
- The airline is also bringing the new services like seat power supplies for all passengers and fast Wi-Fi in all cabins.
- They are also upgrading its food services for the long-haul economy customer.
- Also will provide the full second meal on each flight and improved snacks.
Alex Cruz also said, “This year, we have learned some hard lessons and decided that where we have fallen we are doing our best to put it right. The introduction of buy-on-board catering on the short-haul economy had its critics. We did not deliver it initially as well as we could have.”
