Emma – the chat did it!

I dealt with Emma. She was absolutely extraordinary. I am not sure how your company came up, on one of my searches. Actually, the chatting was how I made my decision. I asked many questions. Emma was informative but not pushy, able to come up with a reasonable price for our flight. I wanted something under $500. I was not finding anything online and was frustrated about that. She broke down the taxes and flight price. I did not make my decision until the next day. She left her email and phone. I called her and asked her about the legitimacy of her company. She answered the question and I purchased the tickets. She was able to change the departure to a later time, fr 5:30am to later. I can not say enough about your employee, Emma. Give her a raise! Her chatting ability was what made the sale.
