Air France
With prior approval from Customer Service department, you can transport the dogs or cats in the cabin. Each passenger is allowed to travel with only 1 pet, and each pet must travel in a separate container in the cabin. There is a limit of 3 animals per passenger in the hold.

American Airlines
Pets traveling in the passenger cabin require a reservation at least 48 hours before travel. A maximum number of 7 or 5 carry-on kennels is allowed depending upon the aircraft. The pet kennel counts either as a passenger’s 1 carry-on bag or personal item.

A maximum of 2 checked pets per passenger is allowed. And the 2 animals travel in the same carrier, must be of the same species, comparable size and weigh less than 20 lbs each and between 8 weeks and 6 months old. Checked pets are not accepted for flights over 12 hours.
Delta Airlines
You must make advance arrangements for your pet by calling Delta’s designated phone numbers. Your pet must be at least 10 weeks old for domestic travel and 16 weeks old for travel to the U.S. from other countries. The limit of the maximum number of pets is 2 in First Class, 2 in Business Class and 4 in Main Cabin on domestic flights.

On international flights, maximum 4 pets in the passenger cabin are allowed only in Main Cabin.
KLM
Small dogs and cats are allowed in the cabin and baggage compartment. Pets can travel on all European KLM flights, in both Economy and Business class. But on intercontinental flights, pets are no longer accepted in World Business Class, only in Economy Class. Reserve the seat for your pet at least 48 hours before the departure of your flight.

Lufthansa
Lufthansa accepts small dogs and cats to be transported in the passenger cabin. No more than two adult animals of comparable size and weighing up to 14 kg each or three puppies up to 6 months old per container.

The weight restriction of maximum 32 kg per item of baggage does not apply to the transport of animals in the cargo hold.
Swiss Airlines
This airline allows transporting the pets like small dogs and cats in the aircraft cabin. Also, larger dogs with an assistance or protective function are allowed to accompany their owner in the cabin.

Pets must be transported in the hold when the total weight exceeds 8 kg and/or the container is bigger than 118 cm. The passengers can travel with pets as checked baggage at the check-in counter 1 hour before.
Turkish Airlines
Only cats, dogs, and small birds can be transported as pets. Passengers must have approval at least 6 hours before departure time for both carry-on and checked pets. And it is necessary to complete all acceptance procedures at the check-in counter.

Advance reservation is for booking an in-cabin pet. You can include a pet in your reservation online or by calling United Reservations. The total number of in-cabin pets permitted on a single flight is depending upon the aircraft type and cabin.
