Maybe in the same building, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Paris Charles De Gaulle airport but they are not the same hotels even they are both Hyatt’s.
Being one of the largest branded extended stay hotel operators in the UK, Cycas Hospitality will be continuing its international rollout by signing its inaugural deal in France, which will see it managing the first dual-branded Hyatt property in Europe.
Cycas has signed a lease agreement to control the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels on one site which is close to Paris Charles De Gaulle airport and currently operating Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport.
The 21,631 square meters, five-story building is at 241 rue de la Belle Etoile in Roissy, located in Paris Nord 2 business park. Having a total of 430 rooms which includes 309 at Hyatt Place and 121 at the Hyatt House extended-stay hotel with the hotels sharing a conference, a gym, all-day dining and bar facilities, a large swimming pool are a rare amenity in this location.
Around Charles de Gaulle airport Hyatt House will be the first extended-stay hotel which follows a detailed feasibility study by Cycas showing that at major airports, there is a strong market for extended-stay hotels. Hyatt has also experienced success with similar locations in the US.
Also appealing to international guests, the location of the hotel will attract corporate demand from the local major industrial and commercial hubs around Charles de Gaulle airport and the A1 corridor, linking Paris with Lille and the north of France.
The hotels will open in the second half of 2020 which will be developed by Kaufman & Broad.
