London Heathrow Airport has made its name in the top 10 list of the world’s best airports. This biggest airport has ranked at the eighth position, beating Zurich and Frankfurt to make the Skytrax world’s best airports list while Singapore’s Changi airport retained the top spot for the sixth year in a row.
London Heathrow moved up a place in the rankings from ninth.

- And Queen’s Terminal (Terminal 2) won the award for ‘Best Airport Terminal.’
The Ross Baker who is Chief Commercial Officer of the airport said: “Voted amongst the world’s top five is a testament to the hard work our team has done to transform Heathrow for the better.

Where the London City also got the 28th position while Birmingham came in 86th place.
Singapore’s Changi airport has retained the top for the sixth year in a row. This airport facilitates with the number of features like a rooftop pool, a butterfly garden, and a cactus garden. Those passengers who are suffering from the long layover can also able to take a tour of the city free of charge.
The 2018 World Airport Awards surveyed 13.7 million travelers from over 100 different nationalities. The survey covers 550 airports worldwide and evaluates experiences of the travelers from check-in to immigration.
